After a leisurely hike from Madulain or Zuoz you will reach the alp Es-cha Dadour, an oasis in the middle of a dreamlike high mountain landscape with an impressive view. Enjoy fine homemade dairy products, cakes and much more on the terrace or in the cozy Stüva (living room).
- On Wednesdays at 8:30 a.m. the cheese dairy opens its doors to the curious. Then you can look over the dairymen's shoulder while they are making cheese
- Dinner: alpine raclette with homemade cheese, on request
