Here you are very close to the glaciers and can enjoy the fantastic panorama, a fresh barley soup or a homemade cake on the sun terrace. The cosy SAC hut was completely renovated in 2023 and now offers 55 beds. It is easily accessible via a hiking trail. In winter, the hut is ideally located for great tours in dream powder and rewarding summit destinations in the Bernina Group. A warm welcome!

Hike to Piz dal Lej Alv (3195).

High-altitude tour for beginners: The Chapütschin (3387).

High-altitude tour for the ambitious: Piz Roseg (3927).

- hiking trip from station Murtèl of cableway Corvatsch (Surlej) via Fuorcla Surlej, approx. 2.5 h
- hiking trip from Hotel Roseggletscher, Pontresina, approx. 2.5 h; to Hotel Roseggletscher (7 km from Pontresina) with mountain bike or horse-drawn carriage

Access in winter:
- ski excursion from end station cableway Corvatsch (Surlej), approx. 1 h
- ski excursion or tour with snow shoes starting from Hotel Roseggletscher, Pontresina, approx. 3 h
