Some may think that golf is an elitist sport only for a certain few. But this is not the case at all! On our golf courses, players of all kinds can indulge in their hobby. But they all share the unanimous opinion that "Golf is really cool!" Whether with the whole family, as a beginner, or even in the company of your beloved four-legged friend, golf is an enjoyable experience for everyone in the Engadin!
It is estimated that more than 60 million people worldwide play golf, and golf courses host a growing number of golfers every year. This growth clearly shows that golf has developed into quite a popular sport in recent years and is becoming more and more popular with time. And this is for good reason as golf has a lot to offer. Golf is a wonderful way to exercise outside in the fresh air. Moreover, golfing is a great way to forge friendships - and not just by sharing a toast with the birdie water.
Our golf courses offer fun and variety for everyone. And although golf is a sport that can be played in any weather, the Engadin offers very comfortable conditions more days than not. Real golf fans can be of the opinion that one can only capture the real golf feeling when the weather is drizzly - just like in Scotland, where the sport was born. But in the Engadin, the sun fortunately shines more often than most places. However, should this not be the case, the covered driving range offers a great alternative for a way to enjoy sporting activity in the fresh air despite a little rain.
The taster courses 'Golf 4 All' offer all golf enthusiasts an easy introduction to the world of golf. Those who are already a step further can venture across the course with friends or hone their perfect tee shot on the driving range. Or you can play a quiet round on the putting green while the rest of the family waits in the golf restaurant enjoying a round of refreshing 'golfer' drinks.
So that the whole family can take part in the golfing fun, special family tee times are available at the 18-hole Zuoz Madulain golf course. Accompanied by a golfing adult, children without a golf license can join in and hit the balls through the Engadin air. And as long as certain rules are observed, four-legged companions can also join in. Whether with children, a dog, or friends, or alone, we look forward to welcoming you soon to one of our golf courses.
