Through yoga and exercise in nature (cross-country skiing, hiking, running) she motivates people to maintain a healthy lifestyle, to go through life consciously and powerfully and to discover their own potential. Julia Brenner is a passionate yoga teacher. Through flowing movement sequences (Vinyasa) and asanas from Hatha and Yin Yoga, you experience yourself in your body, your precious home. Regular body work builds strength, flexibility and balance. Yoga can be and become an integral part of your everyday life or serve as a balance to endurance or competitive sports. The concentrated, slow movement has a releasing effect on muscular tension, harmonizes energy blockages in the meridian system and regenerates stuck fascia tissue. Since 2014 he has been traveling regularly to Mysore to practice with his teacher Sharath ji.
