• Meeting point 8.00AM Lej da Staz at the large jetty.
• Guided breathing session with certified breathing coach (45 min).
• Wear clothing suitable for the weather.
• Payment on site in cash or twint.
• Bringing swimming trunks is always a great idea :-)
• Please bring a seat pad. Please let us know if you do not have one.
• A confirmation by Georgia Hauser is required for the event to take place.
