The [MAUN.TEN] community gathers every Thursday at 6 p.m. at the athletics track in St. Moritz (opposite Via Mezdi 12) to run a round together. The training lasts about an hour, so please feel free to arrive a few minutes early so we can start on time. You are warmly invited to come by and join us. Each time, we design our training differently, whether it's with intervals, hill runs, or other exciting exercises. Of course, we place great importance on thorough warm-up before each session.
Our training sessions are completely free of charge and suitable for sports enthusiasts of all skill levels, whether you're an experienced athlete or just starting out on your fitness journey. We ensure that the exercises are tailored to your individual needs and abilities.
