Walking with goats through babbling mountain streams and dewy meadows, breathing in the scent of Swiss stone pines and listening to the sounds of the forest relieves stress, is liberating and enormously grounding. Today it has been proven that simply stroking an animal has a calming and relaxing effect on us humans. It is quite possible that the goats will simply make you smile and make you happy.
The three adult billy goats and four teenage goats were rescued from the butcher by Nicole Buess and ‘trained’ to become trekking goats. They are quite curious, sweet, funny, special and unique. And absolute nature and forest lovers.
Did you know that Shinrin Yoku, ‘immersion in the atmosphere of the forest’, is a proven element of health care in Japan? Scientific studies have shown that forest bathing promotes inner peace and positive feelings, lowers blood pressure and strengthens the immune system. Anyone can enjoy this experience, as it requires no prior knowledge, special equipment or fitness. Through sensory exercises, mindfulness, breathing and relaxation techniques, for example, you can consciously deepen your connection to nature, find balance and rebalance yourself. You will learn how to do this during this unique experience.
