In our alpine show dairy you will learn the secrets of the cheese production as well as many exciting facts about alpine farming and cheese culture.

Watch the cheese maker at work and experience, how delicious alpine milk products are made. Of course you can also tasting is also allowed!

Duration: approx. 1 ½ hours

Meeting point: Alp Es-cha Dadour (only accessible on foot or by bike - walk approx. 1¼ hours).

Registration: Registration compulsory by 12.00 noon on Tuesdays.
