Four exciting days lie behind us, during which 14 event planners from Switzerland, Germany, Finland and England were able to get to know the Engadine with its meeting and incentive locations and possibilities for social programs.
The group met already during the journey and could get to know each other during the ride with the charter carriage Stiva Retica of the Rhaetian Railway from Chur to Samedan.
After the check-in at the Saratz and Kronenhof hotels, Gioia Deucher from InnHub La Punt opened the evening with an exciting presentation about the project and a welcome aperitif at the Saratz hotel. Afterwards, the participants enjoyed a varied vegetarian menu at the GIODI restaurant.
The next day's program included a ride on the Rhaetian Railway to Alp Grüm and a visit of the VR Museum at the Diavolezza valley station. Unfortunately, the view of the Diavolezza could only be shown on pictures during a presentation at the valley station due to the bad weather. On the tour through the Virtual Reality Center, the participants got an idea how the glacier looks from close up and how climate change affects the glacier and its water balance.
In the evening, Engadin St. Moritz Mountains AG invited to the Romantikhotel on Muottas Muragl for dinner with local game. Sandra Gubler showed the other event locations in a presentation.
The last day started with a guided tour of the village of St. Moritz, after which the participants enjoyed a warming fondue at Gigers by Waldhaus Sils and the inspiring hotel tour.
Also the newly opened five-star hotel Grace La Margna St. Moritz could be visited and brought the participants up to date regarding hotel offers in St. Moritz.
A nice conclusion of this trip was the evening at the Hotel Cresta Palace in Celerina with an interesting hotel tour and a tasty Thai dinner at the restaurant ASIA 75.
Despite the difficult weather conditions, the participants experienced an inspiring trip and great insights into the various hotels and locations.
