Engadin meets Zurich – April 2024

Meetings & Incentive

Engadin meets Zurich – April 2024

Under the motto "Engadin meets Zurich", the MICE partners of Engadin Tourismus AG came together in Zurich to present their offers and innovations. In addition to a delicious dinner, there was plenty of inspiration, networking and a surprise.

From traditional hotels to innovation hubs, from five-star hotels to event chalets in the mountains, from sophisticated St. Moritz to dreamy Sils Baselgia - it quickly became clear at the event in Zurich that the Engadin offers the full range of options for meetings, incentives and events. The organizers Michaela Jenal and Karin Breitenstein from Engadin Tourismus AG welcomed eight partners and a total of almost 40 guests. Partners and guests were able to get to know each other in a kind of culinary speed dating during a delicious dinner at the Brasserie Dupont in the heart of Zurich.

Whether regional transport companies, medical insurance companies, large companies or university hospitals - the numerous MICE buyers, event managers and seminar organizers who attended were actively looking for new ideas for upcoming customer roadshows, management meetings and team events. For all of them, the Engadin was a place of longing for one particular reason: the nature, the outdoor opportunities and the seclusion from everyday life in the urban lowlands.

Train compartment with a Maiensäss look: the journey as part of the program

The biggest challenge for many participants was finding an offer that was easily accessible for everyone involved. The hosts had a special suggestion for this: traveling by Rhaetian Railway (RhB). From Landquart or Chur, this can already be staged as part of the program. For example, with the "Stiva Retica" carriage in the Maiensäss look with 44 seats and aperitif or breakfast offer or the "InnoTren", the rather unusual meeting carriage for around 15 people.

Simply get to know the Engadin for yourself

There was no shortage of generous invitations to get to know the Engadin for yourself at the event. In addition, all eight partners had a prize for the big final quiz. The prizes included overnight stays, mountain railway vouchers and free days in the InnHub PopUp co-working space.
