Motorcycle tours

Fun on the road for saddle-fast adventurers: from pass to pass through the motorcycling canton of Graubünden.

The Five Pass Day Tour reveals the diversity and beauty of this Alpine landscape, for each pass has its own special character:

The Julier Pass (2,284m) is one of the most classic of Swiss motorcycling routes. Primeval and barren, its tundra-like landscape impresses with its unique form of poetry. The summit is adorned by two distinctive leaning columns, bearing witness to the Romans who travelled this way in bygone days.

The Albula Pass (2,312m) is narrower than the Julier, but with its rocky flanks it has a similarly wild and craggy appearance.

The Flüela Pass (2,383m) is much greener, wider and more open than the two preceding passes, and links the famous peaks of the Weisshorn and the Schwarzhorn.

The Splügen Pass (2,113m), with its 55 bends, has a Mediterranean feel on its extended southern side.

The Maloja Pass (1,815m) is renowned for its 12 hairpin bends, which really live up to their description, and offers sublime views at the top by the Hotel Maloja Kulm.
