Countless cars and motorcycles pass this way in summer, but in winter, toboggans have right of way. The pleasure of the descent, however, must be earned – you have to pull your toboggan to the top of the run yourself, as traffic is forbidden. Which makes the 2.5km (1.5 mile) descent from Barriere to Punt Crap all the more fun. After the run, you can always reward yourself with a large slice of Engadin walnut cake. Note: the top section between Barriere and the reservoir is closed in January, because of vehicle tyre tests (081).
Open daily from mid-December to March
10.00 am – 12.00 noon & 1.00 – 4.00 pm.
